My four pillars

Positive attitude

Let's face it, sometimes things don't go as expected, but instead of complaining, I prefer to focus on the learnings and see how to do better next time. Smile, learn, take the next action and iterate. I believe this is the most effective approach to practicing empathy and helping to improve people's lives. Best of all, it's contagious.

Flexibility

The only constant in life is change. -I like to step out of my comfort zone to dive into a new challenge. Settling and immersing myself in a new continent and culture or starting a new career path in UX/UI Design are just some examples.  It's about anticipating change, accepting it, and adapting to it.

Analytical &
Data-Driven

Before trying to solve any problem, I like to observe the situation from different perspectives and analyze all the information obtained. Identifying problems and drawing conclusions based on relevant Data.  A Problem seeker with a Data-Driven Mindset.

Collaboration

It is about creating ideas and solutions together, and even prototyping side by side. My background in architecture helped me to understand that collaboration, when effective, means teamwork, members actively and constructively sharing information and feedback.  This encourages direct interaction, problem-solving, and decision-making. And it requires trust.

After all, I am not the user, but a means to understand and solve their needs.
